It’s important to Kelly to create spaces where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to show up as their full selves. That value has guided her work as a therapist and now shapes the way she supports fellow clinicians.
Kelly approaches both therapy and leadership through a humanistic, person-centered lens, grounded in empathy, trust, and authenticity. Her clinical style integrates CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices—always honoring each person’s unique identity and experience.
Kelly is equally passionate about holding space for clients navigating life’s challenges and helping therapists grow into confident, grounded clinicians. Whether she’s providing individual therapy, leading a support group for therapists, or guiding our team behind the scenes, her goal is the same: to foster connection, clarity, and healing.
Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, offering evidence-based, compassionate care to adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and burnout. She also facilitates a support group for therapists to reflect, recharge, and reconnect with purpose.
Wherever you are in your journey—client or clinician—she’ll meet you there. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just come as you are, and let’s talk.

With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, Debbie brings a compassionate, integrative approach to both therapy and clinical supervision. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Her professional journey has taken her through a variety of clinical and educational settings, including public and private schools, Armstrong University, Heads Up Guidance Services, and private practice.
In her clinical work, Debbie specializes in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship challenges (including divorce, infidelity, separation, and parenting), cultural adjustment, and personality disorders. Her therapeutic style blends Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Gestalt approaches to meet clients where they are and foster meaningful growth.
As a clinical supervisor, she uses an integrative model rooted in the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM), alongside Solution-Focused and Cognitive approaches. She tailors her role — whether teacher, consultant, counselor, or evaluator—to support each supervisee’s development with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Whether you are seeking therapy or supervision, her goal is to create a collaborative, supportive space where insight, confidence, and competence can flourish.
